1. How is my order processed?

Once your payment for your order has been processed, You can then provide details about how you'd like your cover to look like (any text or images you'd like) and submit your requirements in our Contact Us Page for your dedicated customer support specialist and artist to start work. Once your cover is created, you will receive an email and you'll be able to download the cover.

3. Can I make changes to my order?

If for any reason you have changed your mind after sending in your order, you can submit any changes within two hours.

3. Will my Cover come in different sizes?

Yes! You will receive your selected Covers in two sizes: large and small. You won't need to decide which one you like better as both are yours!

4. What image format will my Cover be delivered in?

Depending on file size and image quality, your Cover will be delivered either in JPEG or in GIF image format optimized for web use.

5. Do I own my Cover?

Absolutely! You own all copyrights to your Covers and you can use it as you like! It is recommended to consult a copyright specialist to register your copyright.

6. Can I use my Cover once it's ready?

Yes! You can place your Cover on your website or use it anywhere you wish, instantly once it's available, without any further modification.

7. What if I am not happy with my cover?

We will re-design it one time completely free of charge, and create a new Cover for you. Just send a request through our contact page.
